The EV-Charger Time-of-Use (“TOU”) rate provides potential savings and helps manage the grid impact of EV charging.
By enrolling in the EV-Charger TOU rate offer, you have the opportunity to receive a $0.02 per kWh credit off the Electric Supply Charge for charging during off-peak hours. Off-peak hours are:
- 11 p.m. - 6 a.m. Monday - Friday
- All day on weekends and holidays
All other hours are considered on-peak.
Please note: If EV charging occurs during on-peak hours (6 a.m. - 11 p.m. Monday – Friday, excluding specific holidays), there will be an incremental $0.02 per kWh added to your Electric Supply Charge.
If you enroll in Smart Charging (i.e. Managed Charging Rider), you’ll automatically be enrolled in the EV-Charger Time-of-Use Rate, and WeaveGrid will manage charging for you.
