For Smart charging, how do I qualify for the $10 per month incentive? When can I expect to receive my Incentive?

Qualifying for the incentive

You’ll earn a $10 incentive each month if you:

• Allow WeaveGrid to schedule and manage your home EV charging on Potomac Edison's behalf

• Maintain a continuous device connection to WeaveGrid during enrollment (you don't need to stay plugged in constantly – just keep the connection active)

Limit overrides of your charging schedule to fewer than 4 times per month

Customers who don't meet these requirements three or more months in a calendar year may be removed from the program.

Note, there is a maximum of one $10 incentive per electric account per month, regardless of the number of devices enrolled.

When you'll receive it

Incentives are distributed on a quarterly basis by WeaveGrid. Our trusted payments partner and the platform that processes and delivers your incentive is Choice Digital. You will receive an email notification about your incentive, and you can decide how you want to redeem your incentive (e.g., venmo, gift card). 

Once you’ve received your first incentive, you can access your reward and balance history at https://weavegrid.choicepaymenthub.com/.
